A collaboration between somatic expressive arts therapist Rosario Sammartino and cellist Joshua McClain, the Tamalpa Be Moved workshop invites you to journey into your body’s own dynamic melodies, dive into feeling and imagination, and move to the rhythm of discovery. Let the powerful vibrations of the cello, combined with the evocative teachings of the Tamalpa Life/Art Process open you up to the stories your body has to tell.
To get the most out of this online class, please prepare a comfortable space to move in with access to your online device. Also, have art supplies ready at hand for drawing activities, and paper and pen for journaling and creative writing exercises.

Art materials provided.

Registration is limited to 26 participants.

A multi-talented musician and singer/songwriter, McClain has shared the stage with a host of likeminded musical trailblazers, including AJ Croce, legendary Hawaiian folk singer Jon Osorio, Eurasian Rung, TV Mike and the Scarecrows, a&r, The Veranda Trio, Valencia Robinson, and Trio in Stereo.
