Integrative Dances with Iu-Hui Chua

*Three-week series — class every Thursday

Held at Joe Goode ANNEX studio, San Francisco, CA

Are you searching for a creative process to connect and express your physical, emotional and imaginal experience?

Moving, feeling, and imagining are all vital parts of expressing ourselves. This series of classes introduces the Tamalpa Life/Art Process developed by Anna and Daria Halprin and draws upon the integrative movement work of Anna Halprin. We will apply movement, drawing, and writing to explore different parts of the self, and uncover the places that intersect and connect. We will also delve into how our bodies move together through space and time with other bodies, and how we can remain in our own experience while interacting with others to co-create relationships in the moment.

No experience necessary. Art materials supplied.
