Level 1 Training Program - Weekend Format
The weekend training format runs for 12-months starting in the Spring of each year. Participants meet for seven 3-day weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10AM - 5PM), four 4-day intensive weekends (Thursday thru Sunday, 10AM - 5PM), and one
2-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 10AM-5PM).
Between each weekend session students are given extensive "home play" so that students can practice integrating the work into their daily lives. Exercises in the form of journal writing, drawings and short movement practices are utilized to both assimilate the material explored during each weekend and prepare for the following one.

Level 1 Training Program - Immersion Format
The Immersion training format runs for 12 weeks starting in the Fall of each year. Participants meet 5 days a week (Mon - Fri) from 10AM to 5PM with one half day per week. The Immersion format is an intensive, full-time experience where the training program becomes the primary focus of the participants' daily life for 3 months. This format is recommended for international and out-of-state students.
