Tamalpa Experience Workshops with Daria Halprin
These two-day workshops introduce an approach which enlivens dialogues between body and imagination, life experiences and art making.
Using movement, drawing, writing and improvisational performance, participants will tap into art's symbolic language to explore current life themes and generate new resources. Each workshop takes place at the historic Mountain Home Studio of dance pioneer Anna Halprin.

Tamalpa Institute MEET THE WORK
A free introductory evening
Meet the Work will be held at the historic Mountain Home Studio in Kentfield, California. It is open to the public and free of charge. It will take place on January 11, 2008 from 7:00-9:30 P.M.
Facilitated by Taira Restar, Tamalpa's Assistant Director and a Tamalpa teacher.
Space is limited. Please call or email the office to register.
Meet the Work will be offered in January 2009. Date and time TBA.


Level 2 Training Program - Immersion Format
Classes meet from February 11 - May 16, 2008.


Level 3 Online Supervision Group
The Level 3 on-line supervision group will begin in January. Check with Tamalpa office for exact dates.

Level 1 Training Program - Weekend Format
The weekend training format runs for 12-months starting in the spring of each year. In 2008, Level 1 weekend will begin on April 3, 2008 and close on March 1, 2009.


Level 2 Training Program - Weekend Format
The next weekend training format of Level 2 will begin on May 9th, 2008.


Free Introductory Classes of the Tamalpa Life/Art Process will be offered in April in celebration of Bay Area National Dance Week (BANDW). These are open to the public and free of charge. In 2008, classes will include:
