MEET THE WORK
A Day in the Life/Art Process

October 23rd, 2010

$50
10am-5pm
Mountain Home Studio, Kentfield, CA

This workshop will introduce the Tamalpa Life/Art Process and our inter-modal approach to expressive arts. It will include somatic movement, non-stylized dance, drawing and creative writing. Taira Restar, training program faculty, will facilitate this day of dynamic creativity and meaning-making. This one-day workshop is designed for those who are interested in our Level I training and for those who would like to experience an introduction to our unique approach. Those with and without previous arts and dance experience are equally welcome and will benefit.

Held at Anna Halprin's historic Mountain Home Studio, which features both indoor and outdoor studios. Set amidst redwoods and oaks, Mountain Home is an ideal setting for this day of inspiration and rejuvenation.

Taira Restar, M.A. is an artist and arts educator. She is on faculty at Tamalpa Institute and has practiced the Tamalpa work since 1983. She teaches and performs with her mentor, Anna Halprin.
