Application and Registration Procedure: Level 2 Trainings
1. Fill out the Registration and Application Form.
2. On a separate document, please include the following (maximum of 5 type-written pages):
- A personal and professional vision statement describing your interests and commitment to this work.
- Resume (curriculum vitae). Include and training or experience that you have in leadership roles.
- How do you see yourself in a leadership role. What do you think your strengths and weaknesses might be?
